These Terms govern the use of the Wispy app, the associated website, and the Wispy Business portal for commercial partners. By clicking "Accept", "Register", or starting to use the app, you dynamically and formally attest to being bound by these terms for end users and local businesses.
You must be at least 16 years old to register as a standard user based on European data processing rules. Your account is strictly personal and non-transferable to unauthorized external third parties.
Wispy uses a proprietary system called "Karma" and "Trust Factor". Ours is an IRL (In-Real-Life) physical

...will result in an unappealable Hardware-ID ban (Physical Smartphone Identifier), in addition to the account ban. Wispy reserves the exclusive right to discretionary evaluation of such abuses based on reports from other users to preserve "safe spaces".
Users maintain moral ownership of uploaded messages and images. All the virtual map, client engine, "Wispy" fonts, and the holographic neon look-and-feel are non-shareable intellectual properties. Commercial reverse engineering or reuse of the Three.js engine outside the native browser/app experience is not permitted.
We provide Wispy "AS-IS". GPS tracking for redemptions or nearby areas may incur a "drift" of a few meters due to iOS/Android satellite bottlenecks. Consequently, we are not held legally liable for missed drops by a few meters, nor do we act as contractual guarantors in commercial deals between you (buyer) and the rooms (vendor). We are not responsible nor legally liable for private human dynamics experienced face-to-face IRL following social use.
